"Elvis" is Elvis Presley's second album and was released in 1956. It features a mixtures of the blues, country, rock and roll, and roackabilly genres. The album was very successful, spending four weeks in the number one spot on the Billboard Album charts. Elvis became the first recording artist to have two albums in the number one spot within the same year.

Elvis Presley was an American singer and actor who was dubbed "The King of Rock and Roll." He is one of the most significant cultural icon, especially of the 1950s and 1960s, starring in more than thirty films and winning three Grammy Awards for his music. He is one of the best selling solo artists in history and has been inducted into 22 different music hall of fames.
