Mr. Pikle was a character used in promotion of Pikle-Rite Company, Inc. of Pulaski, Wisconsin. The slogan "Keeps Your Weight Right" was used in the 1940s.

In late 1950s the company was part of an interesting legal action surrounding Pikle-Rite's primary brand "Polka." The company sought and won an injunction against competitor Chicago Pickle Company's "Pol-Pak" pickles for trademark infrigement citing possible confusion over the similar name. The judgment states that "it was not necessary for the plaintiff to prove actual confusion."
