Takach Press is an Albuquerque, NM-based company founded in 1975 dedicated to creating printmaking equipment. They produce both litho and etching presses. The Mid America Print Council (MAPC) is an organization committed to all arts related to print. In 2010, the MAPC hosted the Mid America Print Council Conference in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where participants in the print world were invited to share art and knowledge of the craft.
