"HHH" were the initials of Democratic American politician, Hubert Horatio Humphrey, Jr. He served as the 38th vice president to Lyndon Johnson from 1965 to 1969.  His platform was known for supporting civil rights as he was the lead author of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.  He was also responsible for introducing the first bill to create the Peace Corps in 1957.
