In the 1910s-1930s, Hassan and Tokio cigarettes issued premiums with the cases of products. There is a set of 376 known buttons, featuring cartoons by artists such as as Rube Goldberg, George McManus, Bud Fisher, Hal Hoffman, and others. They had playful phrases such as "Kiss Me, Kid, I'm Sterlized," "Can It !" and "I'm the Guy That..." with various phrases finishing the thought, such as "I'm The Guy That Put the Con in Congress." Most buttons in the series have a signature of one of the above artists, though it is not known who illustrated this button.
