Elizabeth Warren (1949 - ) is an American politician, and has been senior United States senator from Massachusetts since 2013. Warren ran in the 2020 Presidential election as a candidate for the Democratic Party. Her campaign slogan was “Persist.” Warren has focused on consumer protection, fair taxes for the wealthy, health care, child care, clean energy, climate change, and more. She ended her campaign on March 5, 2020
