Pete Rose was a baseball player, who played primarily for the Cincinnati Reds, and whose career lasted from 1963 to 1986. Rose played out field, and first and third bases and is the all-time hit leader at 4,256 hits throughout his career. He also won several awards, including two Gold Gloves, 17 All Star appearances, MVP, and Rookie of the Year. Rose is also infamously known for being accused of betting on games and is barred from being inducted to the National Baseball Hall of Fame.
