James Caleb Boggs was a Republican Politian from Delaware. He was known more by his middle name, which was usually shortened to Cale. In 1946, he was elected to the U.S. House of Representatives and then was elected Governor of Delaware in 1952. His platform favored the Civil Rights Acts of 1964 and 1968, the 24th Amendment to the U.S. and the Voting Rights Act of 1965.
