A promotional photo for the 1979 movie, Trek: The Motion Picture, based on the tv show Star Trek, created by Gene Roddenberry. The film was made ten years after the cancellation of the original series, but original cast of the show appears in the film. Although the film did reasonably well at the box office, it received poor reviews from critics.
