The Fourth Annual Whittier Village Festival was an event held July 9 and 10, 1983. The event included various activities, like face painting for children, and food booths.
Whittier Village is a small city within Los Angeles, California. It was incorporated in 1989 and is part of the Gateway Cities, which are urban and suburban towns located between Los Angeles, Orange County, and the Pacific Ocean.
