Additional Information | The Blue Button Twins were first introduced in Ladies’ Home Journal in the early 1900s and were a creation of illustrator Helene Nyce, who is said to have created the characters based on real-life twins. This illustration is based on the figurine called “What Goes Up…”, featuring a boy and girl on a see saw. The Blue Button Twins figurines were designed by artist and sculptor Roger Brown and were produced by House of Global Art (HOGA) in the 1980s. |
