"Elvis" is Elvis Presley's second album and was released in 1956. It features a mixtures of the blues, country, rock and roll, and roackabilly genres. The album was very successful, spending four weeks in the number one spot on the Billboard Album charts. Elvis became the first recording artist to have two albums in the number one spot within the same year.
