| Additional Information | United News is a publication of the United Church of God. The newsprint has been in publication since January of 2008. The United Church of God was formed in 1995 in Indianapolis, Indiana, and has started new churches around the world. The United Church of God is considered a restorationist church, believing that many of the original teachings of the Bible have been corrupted through translation over the years and choose to opt out of many traditional holiday celebrations, such as Halloween and Christmas, for their influences from pagan and other cultures. |
