Van Damme is a police officer named Max Walker who works for the Time Enforcement Commission and stops time travel related crime and preserves the time stream. He becomes embroiled in a plot by his former partner who is attempting to use the knowledge of the past to become rich and tries to stop him with a new field Agent played by Gloria Ruben. |
