Oxfam is an organization with the mission of countering poverty and injustice worldwide. They not only raise funds to support vulnerable communities but also disseminate information and distribute food, water, and other necessities. The organization was founded in 1942 and first helped deliver food to refugees in Greece during World War II. In 2021, Oxfam was able to reach 14.3 million people, providing information and vaccines to help reduce the spread of COVID-19.
