Additional Information:
Nicknamed "woodie" or "woodie wagon", this station wagon drove into the eyes of the world in the mid 90s. This particular car is a Buick Roadmaster Estate Wagon. It first debuted in the 60s and saw a return in the mid 90s. Each time, a faux wood exterior trim was put on both side of the car. The car was marketed to American families who wanted a large and lengthy vehicle to take for camping trips and adventures, although it was not fuel efficient or fast.
A roadmaster is also a person who is responsible for rail and track maintenance.
