"Where's Willy Wonka?" refers to the 1971 American-British musical fantasy film, Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory. The film is an adaptation of the 1964 novel by Roald Dahl, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. The phrase "Where's Willy Wonka?" possibly refers to the mysterious character and part of the plot, for Willy Wonka had disappeared only to reappear three years later selling more candy.
