| Additional Information | The American Cancer Society Bike-a-Thon, first held in 1972, is a nationwide event held annually that honors cancer survivors, raises money for cancer research, and spreads awareness. Participants ride either individually or in groups and can begin from a number of starting points. At the end of the route, riders are greeted with food, entertainment, ceremonies, and family activities. |
