Beaver Lumber Company was a leading building supply chain and lumber supplier in Canada, and it operated from 1906 - 2000 before it was bought by the Canadian cooperative of independent hardware stores, Home Hardware. From May 5-7, 1978 Beaver Lumber held a "show me how" home improvement exhibition teaching basic home improvement skills.
