Jean Naté cologne products were first introduced in 1935. The line contains after-bath splash, powders, and colognes. Known for its light, citrus scent Jean Naté became very popular again in the 1980s. The packaging was a big seller, tall bright yellow bottles with big black round lids. Television advertising showed beautiful women stepping out of the bath, naked and splashing Jean Naté after-bath splash all over their bodies. The product was touted as energizing, fun, and tingly on the body.
