Additional Information | Fun Galore in Baltimore, sponsored by the National Convention of the United States Jaycees, took place at the Baltimore Civic Center on June 27, 1967. The Jaycees, also known as the United States Junior Chamber is a leadership training and civic organization. President Lyndon Baines Johnson was a guest speaker along with Maryland Governor, Spiro T. Agnew. The slogan promoted the Baltimore Convention but may also be a reference to “The Block,” a longtime "adult entertainment district," popular with Convention attendees. |
