Additional Information | The Cold Hollow Cider Mill is a family-run business established in 1974 in Waterbury Center, Vermont. It is also a popular tourist spot, receiving over 350,000 visitors a year. The mill is the largest producer of fresh cider in the Northeast where they make over a million gallons of cider every year. Tourists can watch cider-making demonstrations in the main pressroom where they use a 1920s hydraulic press. They also offer cider tasting and other food items. |
