| Additional Information | Jefferson Airplane is an American Rock Band that was formed in San Francisco, California in 1965. Jefferson Airplane Loves You is a boxed set of three CDs that was released in 1992. The songs on the CDs are arranged chronologically and span the years 1962-1972. Many of the recordings that are included on the CDs are previously unreleased live recordings or recordings of studio rehearsals. A review of the boxed set by Francois Couture explains that the set is not for the casual listener who wants to hear the band’s “greatest hits.” The box set is clearly aimed at the fan that wants to hear never-before released recordings. |
