| Additional Information | Mister Softee is an ice cream truck franchisor popular in the Northeastern United States. Founded by William and James Conway in 1956, it has grown to become one of the largest franchisor of soft ice cream in the United States. It is headquartered in Runnemede, New Jersey and is still run by the Conway family. The Mister Softee Safety Club was a promotional road safety campaign that featured cartoon drawings of a boy and a girl with safety belts that read "Safety Club." These illustrations were printed on the ice cream trucks as well as other merchandise. |
