| Additional Information | "Peter Lord" was a retail brand shoe store created by Hugh Bryan Clark of C. and J. Clark International (now known as Clarks) in 1937. They developed their own system for fitting shoes based on analysis of thousands of foot measurements and created a footguage that could be used by shop workers to measure a customers foot. This was all to get a good fitting shoe and so that you would have healthy feet. |
