Snoopy is Charlie Brown’s pet beagle in the Peanuts comics, written by Charles Schulz. Though Snoopy cannot talk, he is nevertheless consistently understood by other characters in the series. Snoopy has an vivid imagination, and is often daydreaming about his imaginary exploits. 

On this button, Snoopy is pictured thinking about someone who is a big man on campus. Maybe he is referring to his friend Linus during his run for school president?
