Fred Humes (1896-1971) was an American western silent film actor. He started in several Universal produced films and was best known for his roles his The Stolen Ranch (1926), Blazing Days (1927), and The Border Cavalier (1927).

“Flashdance… What a Feeling” is the opening track from the soundtrack for the 1983 film Flashdance starring Jennifer Beals. The song was performed and written by Irene Cara, Giorgio Moroder, and Keith Forsey. PolyGram was a record label recording company formed in 1972 and was terminated in 1999 after being merged with Universal Music Group.

Eraserhead is the first feature-length film by filmmaker, David Lynch.  It was released in 1977.  The film is a surreal story of a man named Henry Spencer caring for his deformed child while experiencing strange hallucinations.  The film is noted for its bleak atmosphere, bizarre and disturbing imagery, and strong emphasis on sound-design. 

While originally met with a negative response from critics, it became a cult classic, and in 2004 was preserved in the National Film Registry by the United States Library of Congress as being "culturally, historically, or aesthetically significant." 

This type of promotional material was allegedly given out to movie theater patrons during the film's midnight screenings in the late 1970s.

Dorothy Sebastian (1903-1957) was an American actress who performed in Metro-Goldwyn Mayer films such as Our Dancing Daughters (1928), Spite Marriage (1929), Our Blushing Brides (1930). Though she partially retired from acting after getting married in the 1930’s she later returned to acting in small parts, with her final film being The Miracle of the Bells in 1948.

“Don’t Dream It” is a song featured in The Rocky Horror Show musical and film, written and composed by Richard O’Brien in 1975. The “don’t dream it, be it” melody is sung near the end of the show after the character of Frank N. Furter expresses a desire to dress the way that Fay Wray did in King Kong. The Rocky Horror Picture show is a musical comedy horror. The stage play was first featured in 1973 and the film in 1975. The film and stage play have achieved a cult status amongst fans, famous for its midnight showings and audience participation.

Big Bird is a character on the long-running children’s series, Sesame Street. His first appearance was on November 10, 1969 and was performed by Caroll Spinney until Matt Vogel took the role in 1998. Big Bird is a multi-talented 8’2 yellow canary. He lives in a large nest and has a teddy bear. In 2000 Big Bird was named a Living Legend by the United States Library of Congress.

"All of Me" is a 1984 comedy film starring Lily Tomlin and Steve Martin. The movie is about a woman (Tomlin) who wishes to have her soul transferred into a younger woman once she passes away. However, when she dies, something goes wrong and her soul ends up inside the body of her lawyer (Martin). The movie was directed by Carl Reiner, who also directed popular comedy movies like "Summer Rental" and "The Jerk."

90 Minutes with a Bullet was a Canadian radio program that aired on the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC). Hosted by radio journalist, Jim Millican, the commercial-free show aired Wednesday nights from 8:30 to 10:00 P.M from the city of Winnipeg. The weekly show featured selections from Canada's top hits at the time. In addition, the program also included Millican sitting down and interviewing musicians and other figures in the industry.
